软件平台基于成熟的模块化编程框架,将应用层、功率层、芯片层程序完全解耦化分离设计,从而实现多MCU平台切换时,全系列产品仍可高效开发与迭代。

技术平台化

精益生产单元自动化

持续开展精益生产研究,从单元自动化开始,逐步提升各个环节的自动化能力,包括自动化单元外购,自动化过程、自我设计等,增强设备及自动化生产通用能力,提高生产工艺可靠度。

PLM管理

产品设计过程通过数字孪生模型实现设计、检查过程自动化,通过Valor进行DFX验证;可提供3D数字样机、电路仿真、电磁仿真等多模型数据,简化客户成品设计,为工业4.0赋能。
